Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 60 years and above who are residing in Udupi district Individuals who can ambulate independently with or without the need of assistive devices Individuals who can read and understand English or Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Older adults with acute illness Older adults with severe disabling condition such as stroke, Parkinson disease and dementia
