Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Booked and Unbooked cases (primi gravida ,full term mother who undergone vaginal delivery) who deliver at SSGH and willing to come for follow up after one month post partum will be recruited in this study after obtaining written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 All Mothers who have undergone cesarean section 2 All preterm delivered mothers 3 All multiparous mothers 4 All mothers who are critically ill and not in a condition to feed her baby (eg. Mothers on ventilator) 5 All mothers in whom breast feeding is not recommended.(mother who is PLHA) 6 All mothers whose babies are having congenital malformation or serious illness and not in a condition to tolerate breast feeds.(babies on ventilator and babies having TOF)
