Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate Badminton Player. Age between 18 to 25 years. Only Male Badminton Players.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Injury or any musculoskeletal condition in upper limb and lower limb( Open wound, recent facture and contracture)over. Any other medical, surgical and psychological condition.

MeasureTime frame
Seated Medicine Ball Throw (SMBT), Agility T-test, Sport performance test.Timepoint: 3 times in a week for 4 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Sport performance test.Timepoint: 3 times in a week for 4 weeks.
