Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consenting patients planned for lower limb surgeries. Age 20-80 years. ASA grade I,II&III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal. Patients with neuromuscular disease. Patients with hemostatic abnormalities or on anticoagulation. Patients with skin infection at the site of needle insertion. Patients with chronic pain syndromes or receiving chronic analgesic therapy. Patients with reported history of allergy to amide local anaesthetic drugs. Patients with BMI >30.
