Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients presented to our pain clinic OPD with low back neuropathic pain radiating to leg and foot 2.NRS score >3 3.Duration of pain > 3 month 4.All Patients of 18â??70 years age group 5.Lumbar disc protrusion at one or two segmental levels only on MRI 6.Positive straight leg raise (SLR) or Lasègueâ??s test at 30 â?? 70 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral involvement of pain 2.More than two nerve root involvement 3.Spinal canal stenosis 4.History of spine surgery & trauma 5.MRI of spine showing pathology other than nerve root involvement and complete disc herniation 6.No cardiovascular comorbidities, any neurological deficits and vertebral deformities
