Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing elective surgeries 2. ASA grade 1 and 2 3. acceptance of study and signing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA3 and above 2.patients with risk of gerd / hiatus/ previous gastric surgeries 3. emergency procedure 4. patients with known/ predicted difficult airway
