Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA- I&II cases of carcinoma breast planned for MRM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 BMI > 30 2 Distant metastatic malignancy. 3 Coagulopathy. 4 known hypersensitivity to Bupivacaine and dexamethasone. 5 known psychiatric illness. - Spinal deformities. - Skin infection at site of injection. - Refusal to consent
