Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer stage III- IV B receiving chemoradiation therapy with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Patients providing consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions that will hamper the participation in the test Hb count <8gm/dl
