Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient willing for trial. 2.patient of age group above 18 years with radiating pain in unilateral limb. 3.patient with controlled diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient not willing for trial or not ready to give consent 2.patient with infectious diseases of spine. 3.patient with infection at the site of DSCB infiltration. 4. patient with malignancy. 5. pregnant and lactating females. 6.patient with hypersensitivity to the drugs. 7.addicted patients such drug abusers.
