Intervention1: VITAMIN D3 INJECTION: After the completion of orthodontic treatment , commercially available vitamin D3 injection ( ARACHITOL 6 L ) mixed with local anaesthetic agent to be injected

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Without systemic complications no bone disorders willingness to participate and contribute to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patientâ??s with extraction treatment • Single arch extraction of premolars • History of previous orthodontic treatment • History of periodontal disease • Patientâ??s with systemic diseases • Long term use of medications • Pregnancy AGE - above 30 years of male and female

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
increased stability of orthodontic tooth movement when compared to control group, rate of relapse will be assessed for both the intervention and control group , will be compared for the outcome of stability .Timepoint: 0, 4 weeks , 8 weeks and 12 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
reduction in rate of relapse , assessment of overlap of mesio-distal dimensions of lower anterior teeth for amount of relapse .Timepoint: 0, 4 weeks , 8 weeks and 12 weeks
