Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for Group 1 (healthy individuals) a) Patients age 18-40 years of age b) Patients with no relevant medical history or absence of any systemic conditions c) Non-smokers d) OHI index of 0 and Russel’s Periodontal index (not >0.9) Inclusion Criteria for Group 2 (Experimental Group) a) Patients with carious teeth diagnosed as Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and Heft Parker Scale reading more than 54. b) Patients with no relevant medical history or absence of any systemic conditions c) OHI index of 0 and Russel’s Periodontal index (not >0.9)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients with systemic condition or medical illness b) Patients with periodontitis (Russel’s periodontal Index score > 0.9)
