Inclusion criteria: With classical signs symptoms of purishaj krimi. With classical signs symptoms of Ascarislumbricoid. only those patient will be selected. whose parents are willing to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with known cases of severe anemiea, CA,HIV,HBSAG,ETC Patient with known cases of chronic or severe major systemic disorders like left ventricular hypertrophy,DM, chronic renal failure,bronchial asthma etc. patient not willing to participate in the study.
