Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient who needs elective, first-time Mitral valve replacement surgeries and any other combined procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of informed consent or patient cooperation, emergency procedures, reoperation and any patient with contraindication with oral Anticoagulation

| To assess the clinical outcome with the following parameters -Hospital Mortality rate (Within 30days of Operation or before hospital discharge), Late Mortality, Complication-Thromboembolism, and Valve thrombosis, Anticoagulation related Haemorraghe, prosthetic Valve Endocarditis, Non-structural Valve dysfunction (hemolysis and Perivalvular leak), Reoperation, Structural Valve dysfunction,Timepoint: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 years after surgery. | — |
