Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) With no pre-existing medical condition. 2) Obesity due to Ahar-Vihar. 3) Subject will be selec on the basis of BMI(WHO critaria- more than or equal to 25 to 39.9). 4) Subject having more than 50% of the characteristics features describe in Charak Samhita for sthaulyata.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Disease condition like Diabetes,Thyroid or any genetic disorder. 2)Patient below 20 years or above 50 years of age. 3)Patient having any systemic disorders. 4)Pregnant or lactating mother. 5)Subject having BMI more than 40. 6)Subject with history of hormonal disorder like hypothyroidism,Cushing syndrome etc. 7)Drug induced obesity like steroid & anti depressant drug.
