Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with either of the symptoms of Itching sensation of the Ear , Ear blocking sensation , Ear pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Diagnosed to have Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media Post Operative Mastoidectomy Patients Patient diagnosed to have Malignant Otitis Externa Patient on Hearing Aids Patient on Chemotherapy , Radiotherapy or any other state of Immunosupression Patients not willing to take part in study

Elimination of disease from the Affected Ear using Otoscopic / Microscopic Direct Visualisation . To Assess the absence of Spores on examination .Timepoint: 2 weeks

Persistence of Otomycotic debris even after line of managementTimepoint: 3 weeks
