Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from janusandhigatavata having classical signs and symptoms of sandhigatavata patients willing and able to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Suffering From Systemic disorders as well as other known case of major illness like any type of Cancer,HIV,Gouty arthritis,Syphilis,Tuberculosis,Gonococcal infections etc
