Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cases satisfying Delusional disorder (F22) diagnostic criteria of DSM-V,Age group between 18 to 70 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Organic delusional disorder, Induced delusional disorder, or any other psychiatric comorbidity. Subjects who used psychotropic medicines in the past two weeks. Subjects who are pregnant or lactating Severe systemic illness using conventional treatment. Immuno-compromised conditions like HIV, Tuberculosis etc
