Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with symptoms of chronic plantar heel pain. 2. Patients in the age group of 18-65 years of age. 3. Patient showing clinical or radiological evidence of plantar fasciitis or calcaneal spur.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with acute onset of heel pain (less than three weeks duration) 2. Patients presented with the worst possible pain on the VAS scale 3. Patients showing positive R.A. factor and CRP during the investigation 4. Presenting with any fracture or tumour confirmed by radiological evidence 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 6. Have received a corticosteroid injection in the foot during the preceding six months.
