Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective Infra Renal Aortic Bypass Surgery patients of both sexes who are >18 years of age ,posted in the first surgical slot (09:00 hours)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age less than 18 years. (2) Concomitant cardiac surgery (3) Preexisting renal failure (4) Preexisting cardiac failure (5) Aortic surgeries with clamp applied above the renal arteries (6) Insulin dependent Type 2 diabetes mellitus (7) Refusal of consent
