Intervention1: Transdermal Diclofenac patch: Transdermal Diclofenac patch 200mg Intervention2: Transdermal Buprenorphine Patch: transdermal buprenorphine patch 10mg administered one day prior to surge

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA Grade 1, 2, 3 Patients posted for below umblical elective surgeries patients with valid informed and written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Chronic pain conditions H/O substance abuse Intolerance to study medications Patients with skin allergy COPD and Pregnant patients

VAS SCORE will be assessed.Timepoint: VAS SCORE will be assessed at 2hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after surgery	—
