Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of both sexes between 20 â?? 65 years. 2. Low back pain with duration of at least 3 months. 3. The STarT Back Screening score level more than 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with back pain due to infection(osteomyelitis), malignancy, any organ pathologies (abdominal, pelvic and genitourinary) and any surgical conditions. 2. Pregnancy and lactating women. 3. Patients who are currently receiving analgesics.

To find out any significant reduction in low back pain after treatment with Homoeopathic medicine using Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire (ODQ).Timepoint: 6 Months enrollment with 1 year Follow up

To find out the changes in the quality of life of patients with low back pain using STarT Back Screening Tool.Timepoint: 6 Months enrollment with 1 year Follow up
