Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Patients have symptoms of chronic prostatitis. 2-positive Expressed prostatic secretion of patient. 3- With no pre-existing serious medical condition. 4- Patient currently taking no medication. 5- Age between 20-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Any serious systemic disorders, C.A. prostate, B.P.H, C.R.F, HTN, TB, D.M. 2- HIV, HBsAg, HCV - +ve.
