Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients from 18 to 65 years of age, both genders 2. Patient having increased TSH value from 5-50 uIu/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with marked TSH level variations above 50 uIu/ml, multi-nodular goitres and malignant thyroid tumours. Patients with other severe systemic illness like uncontrolled diabetes, malignant hypertension, other malignancies etc. Immuno-compromised patients (AIDS, Cancer, TB) Pregnant women and lactating mothers
