Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Conscious, alert and oriented patients at the time of assessment 2. Adults > 18 years of age 3. Admitted to NICU with or without the need of mechanical ventilation (MV) 4. NICU stay > 48h 5. Hemodynamically stable patients 6. Not on high dose of anaesthetics/sedatives at least for 24h
