Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with ASA status 1 and 2 of either sex undergoing elective thyroid surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients not giving consent 2 Coagulation disorder 3 Infection at the site of block 4 Past history of any drug reaction
