Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: I. Intubated and sedated patients for a period of >48 hours. 2. Patients with neurological diagnoses which limit the blink reflex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I. Conscious patients with intact blink reflex. 2. Patients with known pre-existing ocular conditions like orbital trauma, ectropion, entropion and rheumatological disorders making the patient prone to dry eye. 3. Caregivers refused consent.
