Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Patients with cardiogenic shock following MI (SCAI classification Stage B and C) and Killip class IV who are medically stable •Either gender •Above the age of 18years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •SCAI classification Stage E •Uncontrolled arrhythmias •Patients with pre-existing neuromuscular diseases
