Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married female 21-45 years age group with positive urine pregnancy test will be taken into study between 4-10 week of pregnancy with having history of following conditions- One ore more spontaneous abortion Elderly primigravida history of Intra uterine fetal death previous preterm birth Chorodecidual haemorrhage in present pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with severe systemic disease like cardiovascular complications and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus pregnancy with carcinoma pregnancy with incompetent OS & congenital uterine malformations Sexually transmitted disease like VDRL, HIV, HbsAg will be excluded Pregnancy with TORCH IgM Positive cases
