Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy, 5-7 year old children reporting to the dental clinic for the first time 2. Children with a carious mandibular molar tooth (WHO â?? D3 lesion) 3. Franklâ??s Behavior 3 & 4 ( during initial examination visit)

1. Self report dental fear and anxiety will be measured using Facial Image Sale 2. Physiological measure of fear and anxiety recorded as Pulse Rate using pulse oximeter 3. Dentist rated treatment related behavior of the children measured by Independent Observer 1 with Modified Venham Behaviour Rating Scale from videotapes 4. Treatment duration (stepwise instrumentation time) will be measured from start of cavity preparation to completion of restoration and will be recorded with a stopwatch.Timepoint: at the time of start of procedure, at the end of procedure	—
