Inclusion criteria: Surgeons will be included if they were currently working (for a period of at least one year) Surgeons registered under IMA Hubli ââ?¬â?? Dharwad Participants Should be an allopathic surgeon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: spine tumor Spinal deformities (e.g., scoliosis) Malignancy Diagnosed Osteoporosis Neurological conditions Any fracture or disorders on pelvic region Any underlying inflammatory conditions and Unwilling to participate in this study
