Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient who will give written consent. 2 Patient should be in 16 to 50 age group. 3 Patient with classical signs & symptoms of Guda Parikartika.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient suffering from AIDS and Hepatitis B. 2 Patient related with any malignancy. 3 Patient suffering from uncontrolled diabetes and Tuberculosis.

1 To break the etio-pathogenesis of chronic fissure in ano by following principle of ayurveda. 2 To prevent the recurrence of the disease with a non-invasive / nonsurgical approach. 3 To give a smooth, ambulatory, and fearless management to the patient (day care surgery) Timepoint: 4 weeks
