Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient who have not taken treatment before for acanthosis nigricans Patients with lesions in the neck
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not willing for the study Pregnancy Patients who are currently on topical or systemic treatment for acanthosis nigricans Patients who are on treatment with topical or systemic retinods Patients on treatment with metformin Patient with lesions in regions other than the neck
