Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction (EF �40%, who are hemodynamically stable).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. Patients diagnosed with- 1) Cancer 2) Psychiatric disorder 3) Immuno-compromised patients 4) critically ill patients 5) Pregnant and lactating women
