Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Family member: Family member of patient admitted in tertiary care hospital with advanced pulmonary, cardiac, or liver disease or metastatic cancer Patients admitted in ICU and expected to survive for more than 24 hours Nursing officers: Regular employees Working in critical care units, oncology ward With minimum work experience of one year Well versed in Odia language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any family member as a care taker below 18 years Unable to read, write and understand Odia language Nurses working on short contractual basis Not willing to participate in the study
