Intervention1: Fosfomycin: 3 gms will be given single dose orally only Control Intervention1: NA: NA Control Intervention2: cephalosporin Cefixime for 5 days and nitrofurtoin for 7 days: Cefixime 200

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women in second trimester

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological diseases like Multiple sclerosis, Spina bifida 2. Anatomical disorders of kidney 3. Patients not giving consent 4. Women with a history suggestive of urinary incontinence prior to pregnancy
