Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent girls not on treatment of PCOS. Adolescent girls with mild to moderate anxiety, moderate level of perceived stress and moderate level of depression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescent girls suffering from mental illness.
