Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:16 to 23 years 2. Gender: Female subjects 3. Individual with symptoms of PMS in Luteal Phase of Menstrual Cycle 4. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who had practiced yoga for previous 6 months of the study 2. Subjects on active pharmacological/ herbal medications 3. Hospitalization due to any health related issues in previous 6 months 4. With other Co-morbidities 5. Drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes 6. Any surgical procedure in previous 6 months 7. History of PCOD 8. History of any menstrual disorders other than PMS
