Control Intervention1: Oxytocin: Oxytocin 3 U IV followed by 3 U per hour in 500ml RL. Two more boluses of 3 U oxytocin if retraction not good at 3 min

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting for elective or emergency cesarean section under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to carbetocin or oxytocin Any hemodynamic instability in the preoperative period Seizures
