Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 in vivo samples of tissue excised after histopathologically diagnosed as Oral Squamous cell carcinoma in incisional biopsy

Primary outcome will be higher expression of usp 36 in cases group than in control group which will be shown in immediate RT pcr resultsTimepoint: 3 weeks—

Secondary outcome will be higher expression of usp 36 in poorly differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma comparatively than other stages of differentiation.Timepoint: 6 weeks—
