Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 in vivo samples of tissue excised after histopathologically diagnosed as Oral Squamous cell carcinoma in incisional biopsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria:

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome will be higher expression of usp 36 in cases group than in control group which will be shown in immediate RT pcr resultsTimepoint: 3 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome will be higher expression of usp 36 in poorly differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma comparatively than other stages of differentiation.Timepoint: 6 weeks
