Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients, aged 16-60 years ASA 1-3 planned for surgery expected to last a minimum of one hour or more under general anesthesia with airway secured with an endotracheal tube.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to give consent, with risk of aspiration, with an anticipated difficult airway, with known cardiovascular disease shall be excluded from the study
