Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent elective pancreatic cancer surgery (if curative) in TMH during the time period Jan 2017 to Dec 2019. 2.Patients who have received NACT and or RT prior to surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.All inoperable cases during the study period. 2.Patients who have preoperative clinical evidence of non hepato-biliary source of infection or other chronic inflammatory conditions like arthritis, SLE, etc. will be excluded from the study. 3.Patients on treatment with steroids. 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders on treatment with medications. 5.Patients on therapeutic heparin within 10 days before surgery.
