Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed case of primary gout confirm by laboratory investigation on hyperuricemia. 2. Both sexes male and female irrespective of socioeconomic state. 3. Age from 30 to 70 years patient who write consent form will be taken as inclusion criteria. 4. Any patient who has acute and chronic gout will be taken. 5. A patient who has uric acid level 6.5-7.5mg/dl will be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who donâ??t fulfill standard definition. 2. Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency medical interventions. 3. Any patient with other systemic disorder. 4. Patient who is not written consent form.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To see the effectiveness of homeopathic medicine in management of cases of gout treatment.Timepoint: To see the effectiveness of homeopathic medicine in management of cases of gout treatment follow up will be taken from 7-15 days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To give the maximum relief of symptom to see whether synthesis repertory is useful in clinical prescribing for gout. Timepoint: The follow up taken for 3 months will be used to assess effects of Homoeopathic Medicine in the patients suffering from gout.
