Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women willing to participate. Women doing household work and kitchen platform work for more than 4hours per day. Non- working women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with any musculoskeletal traumatic history. Females who are physically and mentally challenged. Females unable to comprehend.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire(NMQ). Rapid Entire Body Assessment(REBA)Timepoint: Outcomes will be assessed at 15 days, 6 weeks, 2 months and at the end of 6 months.
