Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All genders in the age group of 18 to 40 years 2. Immediate post operative Anterior Cruciate Ligament reconstruction patients with hamstring graft , operated in the department of orthopaedic, Goa Medical College and Hospital 3. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous fractures of patella, proximal tibia fractures, injury to Medial collateral ligament, lateral collateral ligament or the posterior cruciate ligament in the concerned knee in the past 6 months 2. Participants with cognitive deficits and who cannot follow commands 3. Below 18 years of age or above 40 years of age 4. Declined to participate in the study
