Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 1 month of 5 years with noisy breathing/stridor 2) Endoscopic confirmation of laryngomalacia 3) Any degree of laryngomalacia requiring supraglottoplasty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Laryngeal/ tracheal narrowing due to extrinsic factors 2) Patients presenting with severe stridor requiring tracheostomy
