Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 20 intact teeth in the oral cavity, DMFT score >3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to coconut oil, hypersensitivity to fluoride, patients with xerostomia, ulcers, edentulous patients, patient non-compliance, medically compromised patients such as in conditions of immunosuppression, radiotherapy and diabetes, systemic and local diseases affecting salivary secretions.
