Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post covid19 population with negative RT-PCR for not more than 3 months Aged between 20 to 50 Population falling under the risk of fatigue in FSS above score 36

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent history of trauma or surgeries Cardiac conditions COPD Multiple sclerosis SLE Cancer Athletes
