Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects between age 50 years and 70 years with unilateral proximal femur fractures undergoing hip arthroplasty 2. Subjects with no weight bearing restrictions post-surgery 3.Hip arthroplasty done through all surgical approaches.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hip arthroplasty following pathological fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, fractures following high energy trauma, previous lower limb surgeries, subjects with cognitive and neurological impairments, subjects with more than two comorbids
