Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected households practicing improper waste segregation. 2. Households with at least one member above 18 years of age located in the selected wards of Raipur city and having access to smartphones and internet service to receive the intervention program. 3. Households who will provide consent to participate in both phases of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Selected households practicing appropriate waste segregation. 2. Households without access to smartphones and internet service to receive the intervention program. 3. Households who do not provide consent to participate in any of the phases of the study (i.e., Phase 1 and 2).
