Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women diagnosed with PCOS from a certified medical practitioner (both married and unmarried) 2. Age 18 to 45 3. Patients who are willing to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Recent Injuries Within 7 Days 3. Severe Neurological Conditions 4. Schizophrenia
